This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects arising under standard residential use. All Lumenslamp fixtures are built to strict quality benchmarks, and this warranty reflects our guarantee of dependable performance.
The standard warranty period lasts for 2 full years, starting on the original order purchase date.

Warranty benefits belong exclusively to the original buyer by default. In specific construction scenarios, coverage may be transferred from builders, contractors or developers to the end homeowner:
If a fixture is purchased for installation in a newly built home, the warranty can transfer to the first resident (primary or secondary dwelling). Proper ownership documentation and verification are required to complete the transfer.

Once your warranty claim is reviewed and approved, Lumenslamp reserves full discretion to select the resolution method, including: repairing defective parts, replacing the unit with an equivalent fixture, or issuing store credit / full refund.

While we will attempt to match finishes and tones for replacement products, an identical aesthetic match cannot be guaranteed. Natural material variations and normal aging will create subtle differences that are not covered defects.

Damage from incorrect installation or disregard of official product instructions

Malfunction caused by mismatched, incompatible accessories or power components

Degradation from harsh environments: coastal salt air, permanent outdoor placement, high-wind exposure

Inherent material traits: wood grain differences, natural stone veining, glass texture variations, and natural patina development on metal finishes
